If you have ever wondered what a Hypnosis session is like, wonder no more! Try out these audio recordings and experience Hypnosis for yourself.


Both sessions provide suggestions to help you get to sleep easily and have a good night's sleep.

Version #1 ends by coming out of Hypnosis. This would be best if you would like to listen to the session during the day and then carry on with the rest of the day.

Version #2 ends by transitioning into sleep. This would be best if you would like to listen to the session and use it transition immediately into sleep.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT listen to either of these recordings while driving.

There is brief imagery of water in both sessions. If water triggers uncomfortable feelings or sensations for you, you may not want to use these sessions.

To prepare for these sessions, find a quiet, comfortable location where you won't be interrupted. You may want to consider muting your other devices and/or putting a sign on the door that you wish to not be disturbed.

Many of the elements of these recordings are the same as those in a one-on-one Hypnotherapy session. Before an individual session, we would meet to discuss your particular goal(s) and history. In a one-on-one session, the suggestions are customized to be specific for you and your goal(s).
